Ellustro is built so you can get honest 1:1 advice with confidence - from who you’re talking to, to how your money is handled, to what happens if something isn’t right.
Verified experts
Every expert passes identity verification before they can go live - Stripe identity checks for paid experts, or a verified LinkedIn for pro-bono experts - and each profile is reviewed by our team.
Payments you control
Your card is only ever charged when an expert accepts your request. If they decline or don't respond, the authorisation is released automatically - nothing is charged. Cancel more than 12 hours before a session for a full refund.
Stay covered on Ellustro
Keep messages, bookings and payments on Ellustro. Sessions run over a private video link, and keeping everything on-platform means our protections, records and support apply if anything goes wrong.
Real reviews, no fake proof
Reviews come only from learners who completed a paid session. We don't fabricate testimonials or social proof - what you see reflects real outcomes.
Reporting a problem
If a session, message or profile ever makes you uncomfortable, you can report it from the conversation or the expert’s profile, or contact our team through the Help centre. We review every report, and we can pause or remove accounts that break our Terms. For anything urgent involving someone’s safety, always contact your local emergency services first.
